Question: Is it safe to use my credit card in your webshop?
Answer: Yes, it's very safe. We work with DIBS, the leading Scandinavian payment service provider. DIBS are certified and fulfill all safety demands from banks and credit card organizations. Please, feel free to read more about DIBS on their website: http://www.dibs.dk/1764.0.html.

Question: What about the freight from your webshop?
Answer: Freight is a one-time cost of EUR 40 per order, which is the same amount for each country where we sell our products. The only exception is Sweden where freight is set at 180 SEK per order. We ship all packages with FEDEX/DHL or UPS and the normal delivery time is 6-14 working days.

Question: Is it difficult to use your products?
Answer: Although you can put up each pattern on the wall by yourself, if you feel uncertain or do not want to take any risks, we recommend that you get some assistance from a friend.

Question: What shall I choose: stencil or vinyl?
Answer: VINYL is a cut out decal giving the illusion of a wall painting with 15 different colours to choose from. If you use it, you will not need to do any painting, and putting it up is much easier. When you become tired of the pattern, you can even remove the vinyl without it leaving any trace or mark on your wall. In general, in terms of the dimensions/proportions of the motifs vinyl is somewhat bigger than stencil; see the existing dimensions for the chosen pattern in the shop.

STENCIL needs colouring and painting, putting it up is a bit more difficult, and certain edges may fold subject to the undercoat you paint on. What makes the real difference here is that you can choose your own colour and you will get a real wall painting on your wall. In general, stencil is somewhat smaller than vinyl as for the dimensions/proportions of the motifs; see the existing dimensions for the chosen pattern in the shop.

Question: May I get bigger/smaller sizes?
Answer: You can place special orders for sizes and patterns, but this may lead to a higher cost, for obvious reasons.

Question: How long does it take to put it on the wall?
Answer: In most cases it depends on the pattern and its richness of details. Normally, putting up the stencil takes about an hour. Usually 30 minutes is enough for putting up the vinyl.

Question: May I make a complaint if something goes wrong?
Answer: Should you find a defect in the product, you can file a complaint before you start putting it up.

Question: Is it a usual plastic stencil?
Answer: No! The stick-on stencil of Wallconcept consists of three layers: One that keeps the pattern together, one that protects the decal glue, and a layer that stays there while you paint the primer and the chosen colour.

Question: Is it possible to develop own motifs?
Answer: Please, contact us in person for more information about that.

Question: How often are new motifs brought out?
Answer: The product list and gallery of Wallconcept are often updated. It's possible for you to subscribe to our NEWSLETTER here via our web-site, which is a perfect way for you to keep updated about the latest developments.

Question: Does it work on all types of wall?
Answer: The decal stencils of Wallconcept work out well on most walls of any home, even on wallpapers with a coat of paint on; the stencil, however, should not be applied directly to the paper because there is a risk that it comes off. Remember that the smoother the undercoat is, the sharper the pattern will be.

Question: How do I know that the colour of the vinyl as it appears on the screen is perfectly correct?
Answer: Wallconcept just gives an indication of the colours that are on sale. As a rule, we have used typical colours so that most people can identify them. For example, our red colour is a typical variety looking very much like the colour in Coca Cola's logo. First try to find the colour that best fits your home, and then compare it with our assortment on your screen. Even if the worst comes to the worst, what you get may be just a shade away from the one you originally had in mind. Should it - contrary to all expectations - not fit your taste, you can always change your mind because your satisfaction is our top priority; see the conditions: RETURN POLICY.

Question: How long do decals stay on the wall?
Answer: If you do everything by the manual, they will be certain to stay for a long time.

Wallconcept reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our colours to display with 100% accuracy due to variations in monitor colour settings.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You pay for your order with a credit card and we ship all packages with FEDEX/DHL or UPS. Your order will be delivered to the adress you supply. It is also possible to pick up your order at the local FEDEX/UPS/DHL pick-up point, which will also be the option if you are not at home the first two times the courier tries to deliver at your door. The courier will leave you information about the address to the local pick-up point. Normal delivery time is 6-14 working days. In your order confirmation you will find information on the delivery time of your order. If by any reason the estimate delivery time will differ, we will contact you as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Wallconcept.com is committed to quality products. You are always entitled to a full refund. You may return the shipment within 14 days from recieveing the product/products. First, we must be notified in advance of your intention to return any items.

1. Call customer service at +46(0)76 8400793 or email to customerservice@wallconcept.com as soon as you discover the defect.

2. Next, we will e-mail you a return form, fill in the form and send the item back together with the return form to us. The unused/unpainted goods must be placed in its original shipping package so that we receive them undamaged.

3. Finally, when we receive them in good condition, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the goods, not including shipping costs.

4. If the product contains any faults made prior to shipping, we will credit your credit card for the total amount of the goods, including shipping costs.

5. In case of disputes, Swedish law is applicable. See further at www.konsumentverket.se.

In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM

First, we must be notified in advance of your intention to exchange an item.

1. Call customer service at +46(0)76 8400793 or email to customerservice@wallconcept.com to make sure that the new item is reserved and ready for shipment.

2. Next, we will e-mail you a return form, fill in the form and send the item back together with the return form to us. The unused/unpainted goods must be placed in its original shipping package so that we receive them undamaged.

3. Finally, when we receive them in good condition, we will send you the new item. We will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form. You will have to pay for shipping costs.

In a case of exchange or a return you will be responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

DELIVERY

Wallconcept will ship almost anywhere. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.

UNDELIVERABLE GOODS

If your goods are returned to us as undeliverable? When the carrier returns undeliverable goods to us, we credit you a full refund. If you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact Wallconcept by mail or phone.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our website is secure and it meets or exceeds the current standards for security. We will not share the personal information that you provide with anyone outside of our company.
